In October 2005, Annie Anderson was accused of abandoning her 24-hour-old infant, referred to by authorities as “Baby Skylar,” in a trash can at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Anderson claimed she was unaware she was pregnant, gave birth in a hotel bathtub, drowned the newborn, and then threw the baby’s body in the trash before boarding a flight to Washington state. The case remained unsolved for years until advancements in genealogy and DNA analysis led investigators to Anderson, now 51, who has reportedly confessed to the crime.
Following her arrest, the pro-abortion group Repro Legal Defense Fund, an organization that funds abortions, posted bail for Anderson.
The involvement of the Repro Legal Defense Fund in this case has sparked discussions about the role of advocacy groups in legal proceedings, especially in cases involving severe criminal allegations. Criminal defense attorney Russ Richelsoph noted the unusual nature of a political organization posting bond in such circumstances, indicating that it is not a common practice.

A bond receipt indicated that Repro Legal Defense Team, which according to the group’s website “provides financial support for people investigated or fighting charges related to their pregnancy or abortion,” paid for Anderson to leave jail in December.
The group, which claims to value “compassion” and “dignity” and “trust,” invites women to apply for legal funds for their “self-managed abortion, in-clinic abortion, or at-home abortion.”
Russ Richelsoph, a criminal defense attorney, said in commentary to AZ Family that he had never seen “a political group like this post a bond in this kind of case.”
But at the end of the day, is drowning a newborn baby in a bathtub all that different from cutting a preborn baby into ribbons in the womb? If one can affirm the latter, is there really that much stopping one from being consistent and supporting the former, as well?
The baby inside the womb is just as much an image-bearer of the living God as the baby outside the womb. The details of when and how the baby is murdered are at some point incidental.
The terrible murder of baby Skylar, and the abortion group rallying behind the murderer, shows that pro-abortion zealots are acting consistently with their beliefs.
How these people can live with themselves is beyond comprehension. It’s nauseating.

The modern female mind believes abortion is the right answer and adoption is unthinkable.
Well, once again they show they are lying when they dissemble and claim that being pro-abortion doesn’t lead to advocating for infanticide as well.
In another news alert, a pro-Hamas group at the University of Washington praise a Hamas leader for beheading a “Zionist dog” with a shamshir and eating it.
