Democrats say they are now looking for guiding principles. Good luck with that.
Nearly three months after the election, Democrats are on a scavenger hunt looking for their guiding principles.
According to this report in Semafor:
‘Give us a little time’: Democrats search for a guiding principle against Trump
After a rudderless post-election run, Democrats are suddenly showing some fight against President Donald Trump.
Yet unlike the progressive ascendance of eight years ago, it’s not clear who is leading the charge.
“I can’t answer that. Give us a little time,” Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill., told Semafor. “This is brand new.”
Which is ridiculous.
Democrats actually have many principles and policies.
The problem is that they are unpopular and destructive.
They are not in search of principles. They are in search of talking points that they can use to mislead the public so they will vote for them.
Most of the media spends most of their time covering up the Democrat principles and policies as they interfere in all elections. Here is a sample of the principles and policies that the Democrats work extremely hard to hide:
Anyone who disagrees with Democrat policies is a racist, sexist, xenophobe, or homophobe. They play the race card in every election.
Democrats believe the rich are terrible unless, of course, they are the rich who donate to Democrats and it is obviously O.K. for Democrats to enrich themselves while they are supposedly public servants. They play the class card in every election.
As a corollary, they are also indifferent to corruption. Democrats, including most of the media, never cared about the corrupt Biden and Clinton families using their powerful position to collect kickbacks from around the world.
Democrats believe in health care for all, including illegals, except newborn babies born in botched abortions at Planned Parenthood

Lawfare and lies did not work. So search fore something more diabolical. I am afraid they will go back to assassination.
There are only two questions in politics
1. How much government do you want?
2. What do you want to pay for it?
CLIMATE change legislation is to CONTROL US!
Not really. America is over 200 years old and leadership is older. 'Leadership' goes back to the time humans stopped living in caves
President Donald J Trump got this ball rolling like the beginning of an avalanche that isn’t going to stop. the very WORST thing the angry leftist communists could do for their own future is assassinate the only man that can keep MAGA from ripping the liberals limb from limb. figuratively of course. they best just wait four years like WE did.
All Democrats care about is power. Period. It has been ever so.
BTTT
Figuratively hell. This Nation remains a powder keg, ready to explode.
Trump and his stated agenda, and seeing the rapid actions thereof, are the only reason we are not seeing massive violence in the streets.
They play off peoples feelings so they’ll go with those that have a messiah complex-think Kenyan.
It’s on the people and we shouldn’t need a Reagan or Trump to think these things out.
If Trumps policies don’t have the desired effect the people will swing back. There’s also outside forces like hurricanes and covid the left can pounce on.
They have guiding principles, all right.
They guide, we follow.
Democrats’ only guiding principle is the quest for more power for the government over the people.
It’s what their party was founded on when they are in power it’s all they promote more government.
.
Hoping that what Trump & company has started here will keep going. I think it can if God is our guide. Lot’s of important things seem to be coming to power now. We need, as a nation to keep it going. We sure don’t need any more fiascoes like the last 4 years; that mess needs to be long gone.
Here is the letter I send annually now.
Supreme Court 9, Administrative State 0 On April 14, 2023, the Supreme Court struck a blow supporting our Constitution and individual liberties. Beginning in the late nineteenth century, citizens began losing many freedoms through administrative edicts. Appeals of these regulations had to be made to courts within an agency, which has already found the people guilty. Such power harks back to discretions of English kings unrestrained by Parliament found in such places as King’s Council and the Star Chamber.
The Supreme Court acted to reassert the jurisdiction of district and circuit courts and the legislature as established by the Constitution. All power was to reside there, so Americans could avoid the sad experience of English citizens. Justice Kagan delivered the unanimous opinion of the court saying, “One respondent attacks as well the combination of prosecutorial and adjudicatory functions in a single agency….They maintain in essence that the agencies as currently structured, are unconstitutional in much of their work”.
You and I could relate too many examples of people’s frustrating experiences facing government bureaucrats. Their sufferings cause me to reflect on a passage where Fredrick Douglass describes overseer duties. I only substituted for the words slave, overseer, and master.
“No matter how innocent a citizen might be it availed him nothing when accused by the bureaucrat of any violation of a regulation. To be accused was to be convicted and to be convicted was to be punished….To escape punishment was to escape accusation….few citizens had the fortune to do either under the overseership of the agency.”

The History and Danger of Administrative Law

It’s just More Power.
If they got the gig to rule over the ripening of oranges, they would challenge the Sun every day, put up shade trees then demand more solar output, to follow the pitch, and demand Orange ð an outlawed and illegal color.
Orange Man Bad flows from such thinking.
Agree the next 4 years is a cure.
The left threw everything they had at Trump and he survived for a reason.
The handy work of the democrats Socialists Communists Marxists and nobody likes a sample of it or taste of their work.

Christianity created a whole raft of thought by dividing human actions into good, productive behaviors, nominally the “seven virtues”; and bad, destructive behaviors, nominally the “seven deadly sins”. In turn, this guided the evolution of western civilization.
However, the Democrats willfully and forcefully renounced God at their national convention, three times. They finally expressed what they have believed for years.
But without God, what is your moral compass?
Simply put, the fallback from virtue is sin. Their entire political party, while homogeneously engaged in sin, is now punctuated with factions emphasizing particular sins.
Vanity, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony, and sloth.
The Biden administration and family are a patchwork of these. That was their philosophy. Their goals and guiding principles.
And now the Democrat party is striving to come up with another “crime family” in their ranks who they think can somehow achieve power against the “seven virtues”.
