I don’t want to take Ozempic. Would a microbiologist of biochemist please chime in if they have any idea what this means, in practical terms? Is there some food we should eat more of? Some dietary supplement to take?

I took microbiology and got an A.

I remember very little of it at this time.

So drink Ovaltine. (or kefir)

I keep telling people just drink kefir. Kefir has Bacteriods vulgatus plus just about every other beneficial bacteria your gut needs.
