I do understand your thinking. Believe it or not I used to think about the same way, but after I started studying up from multiple sources, not just USAMSM "news" I have a different perspective and it is disturbing,

I think there could be a better way for nations to live together in this world other than the old paranoid dog eat dog, big fish eat the little fish war system. That would include Russia and China, the politicians and "deep state" in this country act like organized crime mobs and its time for them to go and get some sane people in charge, beat down the fake news, hijacked science junk and start building stuff up and cooperating instead of breaking and taking.

Thanks. There are arguments to be made on both sides about Ukraine. But having been to Ukraine and having lived in Poland and Germany and also knowing how long the history of the current conflict is and Russia's role for the past 400 years, I think we should be doing everything we can to help the Ukrainians resist.

I share your desire for better world, but knowing at least some history, I tend to think of that as more of a hope than a plan.
