Russian Propagandists Outraged by Donald Trump's Putin Comments
Newsweek ^ | 1/23/2025 | Maya Mehrara

Russian propagandists expressed their outrage about President Donald Trump's recent statement regarding Moscow-U. S. relations.

-snip-

"Trump has threatened us twice in 24 hours. No illusions. A capitalist who doesn't give a damn about other countries. No matter, Russia is like a KAMAZ, the more you load, the better it goes. How tightly you can blockade 1/6 of the planet Earth's land mass."

Sladkov added that he was "also outraged by Trump's lie: 'Russia helped us win the war (the Great Patriotic War)'" as "in 1944, we barely persuaded these Anglo-Saxons to take part in military operations in Europe. They, the Yankees, are presenting the Normandy landing as a battle. This against the backdrop of the battles we won in Stalingrad, Voronezh, Kursk, Kharkiv, Berlin."

Sladkov also voiced his outrage over Trump's threats to Russia in another instance and said: "We did not elect him on the territory of the Russian Federation, we have our own leader." Sladkov, a correspondent for the Russian state-owned broadcaster VGTRK, called the new president's behavior "boorish" and "boisterous."

Communists were the real isolationists in this country, until Hitler invaded the Soviet Union. They said that the US should stay out of the “Imperialist War”.

As usual, Trump is right on target, as he flies through the flak.

Opposition to Moscow Kremlin policy = “Pro war”. Classical Bolshevik gaslighting and projection as seen for the last 100 or so years. A staple of Anti American Chomskites and LaRouche nuts in years gone by now recycled by armchair contrarians on the “right” looking for a new hobby.

Stalin won the the war because of American Lend Lease (that Russia never paid back) and the heroes of D-Day.

Stalin won the war because of the Lend Lease Act, AND D-Day.... but also because he open sacrificed millions of young men in the same manner that he did at the battle of Stalingrad... make them run at German tanks and machine gun nests, as their only way to slow down their advance. It was the only "military strategy" that he had... and as disgusting and abhorrent as it was, it DID work. Had Stalingrad fell, Russia would have fallen, and then Hitler would have only a 1-front war to worry about. Britain would be crushed, and the US would not be interested in continuing the fight without any allies, especially a 2-front war without any allies.

Stalin was evil, brutal, and incompetent, but his "plan" to defend Stalingrad worked.... with a huge and lucky assist from a particularly bad Russian Winter.

And the losses was a huge bargaining chip, basically Stalin said, “We lost 20 million so we deserve Eastern Europe”.

You can see Putin’s Stalinist tactics in Ukraine. Unless stopped he will simply continue the mass murder and destruction until he gets the political solution he wants. According to President Trump millions are already dead. There is difficultly, obviously, in dealing with such amoral persons but a firm hand as displayed by Trump is the only proper course of action.

First of all, it bears repeating to the targets of your propaganda (because we know you will never change) that "Bolsheviks" don't exist. They haven't for 35 years. It's always the same. Lodi is promotingthe boogeyman under your bed.

Secondly, instead of living in Lodi's world of slogans and propaganda, and make continue to make disastrous, energy-sapping, bankrupting choices, as our "foreign policy establishment" has for the last 30 years, we can choose to live in the real-world, and match our nation's true interests, and finite resources, to things which will actually benefit us.

I wish President Trump would say some more stuff about Russia and Ukraine.

I love watching the zeepers twist themselves like pretzels, trying to make his words fit into their agenda. They put their Slobbo Youcraynee filter all over it. They were wetting themselves yesterday and it was hilarious.

It isn’t specific and doesn’t make sense. I spent yesterday on base in Stuttgart and today at Ramstein. This is pure speculation...

--- "I wish President Trump would say some more stuff about Russia and Ukraine."

The Trump administration days will march on to our delight, and it is assured that some will "wet themselves" hilariously.

On another thread, I referenced this from BEFORE the inauguration"

"If Ukraine falls, it will be hard to spin as anything but a debacle for the United States, and for its president."

Trump Is Facing a Catastrophic Defeat in Ukraine by Robert Kagan, The Atlantic, 7 January 2025.

Kagan of the lobbying DC watering hole which connects so nicely to Obama-Biden-Nuland-Blinken. Kagan, a conservative?
"Washington Post editor-at-large Robert Kagan resigned from his job on Friday after the paper announced that it would not be endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming presidential election."

Washington Post Editor Robert Kagan Resigns After Newspaper's Non-Endorsement of Harris Breitbart, 25 October 2024.

Kagan.... Conservative?
"Washington Post editor-at-large Robert Kagan resigned from his job on Friday after the paper announced that it would not be endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming presidential election."

A lifelong conservative on the dangers of Donald Trump MinnPost, 27 September 2021.

As one can see, the marketing of "conservative" has been going on a long time, aimed at President Trump, pro-war and trying to tie the Obama-Biden-Blinken-Nuland mess around our current President's neck, because tying that same rope around theirs would sink them, good and proper. Remember the ex-Congresswoman from Wyoming campaigning for Harris-Walz and dreaming of being the poobahs of a purer Republican Party while endorsing Democrats?

What's in a word?

“Stalin won the the war because of American Lend Lease (that Russia never paid back) and the heroes of D-Day.”

I toured a museum in Yalta in 1988. Had some WWII vets in the group. The US tour guide told us beforehand that they will tell a tremendous story about how Russia saved the US from certain defeat. They know they are lying. We know they are lying. They know that we know they are lying. But that’s the only story they are allowed to tell, and if you think it’s going to set you off just stay out of that museum.
