“Sounds like communism” I understand and slightly agree with you, but if you read the directive, it is extremely well written. All DEI staff were to be laid off as of 5pm Wednesday. All these orders are to be carried out and reported by management and dept heads, who have no staff. No one has been fired and that is a real headache to fire these people. All staff are on paid leave. Now management is required to report all this information and the names, titles and job descriptions as of Nov. 5, 2024! Which is brilliant. These managers have no people’s jobs to save other than their own. Everyone is or should be gone. Now if they don’t follow the directive, OPM has grounds to fire for insubordination, which again is always a pain because the government gets sued every time someone is fired, they lose and get their jobs back, and the government union law firms and government rep law firms, who are all buddies and in bed with each other divvy up the proceeds. I can’t think of a better way of doing this. At this point, you really don’t want to fire everyone because you lose control of these people and cause countless headaches that Trump doesn’t need right now.
Everyone at the degenerate, subversive New York Times is going to be dealt with. Soon, very soon. /spit
Communist ideals are rotten but their tactics are effective. This particular tactic is perfect if you want to thin the ranks of an organization. Are you DEI, you are gone. Did you know about DEI and not report it, you are gone too. The DEI in the news now, where they tried to change her title, is an opportunity to fire everyone above and adjacent to her for insubordination.
