I’ve read that courts have ruled that the Border Patrol can stop any person...at any time...for any reason...when they’re within 100 miles of the border. I know that stretch of I-91 pretty well...I’ve crossed the border there a number of times.

I’ve run into Border Patrol roadblocks on I-91 and I-93 in the past, but not since 2009.
