“The agent was shot about 3:15 p.m. in Coventry, state and federal officials reported. Another person described as a subject was killed, the FBI reported Monday night, and a third person was injured and was in custody.

Vincent Illuzzi, the Essex County state’s attorney, described the shooting as happening during a traffic stop. He said he believed the stop was related to immigration enforcement.”

So, they have not named the person shot. However, it was part of IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT(an illegal alien).
