This was a big news story up here in NH/VT over the weekend.
Other sources stated is was a Hispanic illegal immigrant they were looking for.

FYI, this is way up in very rural northern VT. Although route 91 is an interstate that runs north and south from the Canadian border near Montreal down along the border between VT/NH following the CT river valley all the way to Hartford then New Haven, CT.

So, I would assume this is a major trafficking route of the cartels bringing products and people in from Canada to the US.
