I've never understood the fascination with DeGeneres. She is stupidly unfunny and that goes back to when I first saw her in the early days of Fox on a sitcom called Open House in which she played a dumb as a rock secretary. Since then, nothing she has done has changed my opinion.

Meanwhile, yeah, these clymers never leave no matter how much they scream they're going to. Maybe we need to deport all the paparazzi.

Only to people who possess above average intelligence...Most TV programming and its advertising are targeted at those who are sufficiently thick to find DeGeneres, Winfrey etc. entertaining.
