shasta county had %50 of runbeck printed ballots that were unreadable , and had to be ‘ cured’ behind a locked door , cuz of ink over-spray that was invisible to the naked eye.
( what printer uses invisible ink , and has not enough quality control to catch it when it came off the printing machine. ? and how does that over-spray that was invisible, get over and on top of the ballots that were marked over and after said invisible ink ?

Fair point. Demographics have shifted dramatically in CA over the last 15 years. While I think there is cheating going on, not sure it’s needed.
