I think I’m pretty bright, and not inclined to commit a crime. But these days, with cameras everywhere, DNA, etc, I would never suppose I would get away with a faked crime
I know of a case where the video confirmed that there was sex between the man and the accusing woman but it also confirmed it could in no way be characterized as anything but consensual.
