I live in Arizona. Burritos are everywhere, enchiladas are only in some places and not prominent.
I would prefer seeing something central to AZ, like a Sonoran hot dog or Navajo Fry Bread.
Oh, I have never, ever seen “Lobster Mac and Cheese” in my 35 years in Connecticut (and 27 years of visits). DISGUSTING.
In fact, before I got married, I forbade my future wife from ever making Macaroni and Cheese or its derivatives (e.g. Fettucini Alfredo). WHy do you think God gave us tomato sauce????
