If orchestrated, then it’s clearly entrapment. I would vote for full pardons for everyone there that’s not a fed...but that has to be done carefully to make it clear, first, that it was entrapment - or the Dems will pounce.
The goal here is to PUNISH the guilty, and that would be any type of police/FBI assets and the leaders of the entrapment, and the first, easy way, to punish those people is blanket pardons, even for violent acts - since it’s reasonable to assume that none of that wouldn’t have happened without the entrapment plan.
