I sort of agree with you, people like this guy probably have a history of being an ass and the company probably had enough of him and used this video to get rid of him.
Hard to have much sympathy for this guy. He's acting like a jerk. Maybe she's a dumb whatever but she's presumably still employed - he isn't.
