You obviously have no clue how things work in China.

The CCP controls all capital resources in China, and all the “private” owners in China have no rights but what the CCP sees fit to let them have, and can withdraw it at any time.

So the CCP is the de facto owner of everything in China.

I notice that you utterly fail to name any supposed “harm” that has been done by TikTok.

SO, the evil CCP allows TikTok to be a free speech platform for US citizens to share information freely about things like the deadly nature of the US government created and shoved on the American people “vaccine” and the stolen election of 2020, while the US Government gives secret orders to US run social media companies to censor and smear anyone with dissenting opinions.

And you think the CCP is the enemy.

You obviously have no clue how things work in the US.

Like many FReepers, you have an antiquated view of China's contemporary business climate. Deng Xiaoping fought an inter-party ten-year civil war against Mao, primarily, because he knew China couldn't have a world-beating economy without private enterprise.

Deng would end up winning that war (the Cultural Revolution) and in 1988, he pushed through the CCP one of his final reforms: allowing the formation of private corporations and sole proprietorships in China.

Today, China is a beacon of capitalism, more than the United States. Private enterprises make up more than 90% of all business entities in China. In addition, foreign-invested LLCs, Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprises (WFOEs), and Chinese-Foreign Joint Ventures thrive there.
