It wasn't moving at all. It was stationary. It was a star or planet. She was moving her phone which made it appear to dart around.
'I zoomed in'
That's when the digital zoom distorted the star of planet into an 'electric energy' orb.
It's all so tiresome.
Assuming she was the attendant on a Gulfstream G280, which has a normal cruising speed of approx. 528 MPH, it's hard to believe the orb (or whatever), would have remained in the same position in the sky for the 45 minutes it was observed. Sooner, rather than later, the plane would have passed way beyond the ability to see the orb in its same position.
