Yes, I also know some people personally who have seen or experienced UFO activity, who I also trust are not just lying. So I think there is something to them, and not just all fakery. But a person also cannot jump to conclusions with such little evidence.
I don't think anyone is jumping to conclusions. No one seems to know what the hell we are dealing with.
The UFO which is the subject of this thread might be some kind of natural phenomenon for all we know.
As someone who follows this story, I would say that many of the people now investigating this subject are scientists, pilots, and former military. They are critical thinkers and not prone to drawing conclusions without evidence.
The person I was speaking of upthread who saw the UFO didn’t draw any conclusions either. She just said it was a UFO with lots of lights. When asked what it was, she said “unidentified.”
That's pretty much what every alleged "ufo" sighting is based on. Little evidence and conclusion.
