The leaders of the Baltics are like a Chiwawa with a German Shepherd (the US) behind them - they bark and threaten The Bear, knowing that that the German Shepherd has their back.
Oh well, the German Shepherd is now heading to new waters, as in the Pacific, and the Chiwawa will now have to deal with The Bear on its terms.
