When I was in Rome a couple years ago some retard lit a rag and kicked it at a building. I saw him do it. I walked over and stomped it out. It’s not an uncommon thing.
I had a childhood friend who got into meth & for whatever reason, turned into a firebug & starting commercial garbage bins on fire. Every time there’s an outbreak of garbage bin fires, I call the arson hotline with his info. There was one a couple years ago that was started next to a mobile home but luckily the family got out & no one was hurt. I couldn’t live with myself if someone did get hurt.
