Everything West of I 5 in WA will be laid waste. There are videos on YT about it. A quake happens on average so many years, we are 350 years into a cycle of quakes that average happening every 70 years... I am going off the top of my head. The last big one was in 1700. If it goes off, it is likely to be 8.5-9.3. I live about 300 yards West of I -5, between Portland and Seattle. We will get liquifaction, and shakings that can last 10 minutes. It is freaky, we have a bug out bag and survival food in the Van to flee ... get to higher ground. Where we live, the water table is about 25 feet.. In the event, buildings here will sink.
