Just watched the start of a news conference - aka - mutual admiration society meeting. This er - person announced that according to Biden the Federal Government will pay 100% of the cost of the LA fires disasters. She was so happy to point out that usually it is never more than 50%.
hmmm.....wonder what is special about California.
