Because the bill is not just aimed at only TikTok. Te bill casts a huge net that can be used against any and every server host and/or domain on the U.S and global internet including the Free Republic.
That is why it is a 1st amendment case...
The bill is clearly and only pertaining to TikTok.
Please show specifically in the legislation where it can be used against Free Republic.
TikTok has no First Amendment rights. Their parent company is foreign.
