Leadership REQUIRES the leader to be capable or at least have been capable of doing what you ask of subordonates. Most especially in dangerous jobs that require physical prowess. Particularly military and first responders.
Squishy lesbos, fatass house-fraus are not suited for things like dragging, punching, carrying, smashing, wrestling or taking a $**t on a battle field with everyone watching.
Nor is any woman suited lead men who do these things.. she can’t do them herself. It’s not corporate life.
Many of us have deluded ourselves on this matter for nearly a century.
Americans have become rich, soft toy poodles, so we have the luxury to absorb sh8tty performance and delusion, for now.
If we’re too unwise to fix “women and men are the same” idiocy, nature will fix it for us as soon as the next *real* war happens or swan event happens.
BS, blowhard. There are plenty of leaders in military, police, fire, etc., that CANNOT handle the physical job, whether they are men or women.
