Black Women May have had the DEI golden ticket but black men, college graduates are still low man on the employment ladder.Merit will be the only sure cure.
yeah I don’t know if I’d suggest college to everyone. My friends who stayed in college aren’t doing so well. I work a trade job out in the sun in Florida which is not ideal but at least I’m doing well. I don’t go to school reunions because I don’t want people to tell me they’re in their climate-controlled offices on the phone.
