Why I think it good that Trump (didn't but did) loose the 2020 election

Posted on 01/08/2025 2:12:47 PM PST by Bigbrown

1. This allowed him to see who his true enemies are/were. 2. It allowed him to see how our government truly operates and how the RINO's will completely eat their own if you are not in agreement with them. 3. It allows him to start afresh with a completely new (loyal) administration. 4. It allowed him to sit back for four years and see the big picture of how screwed the country is and formulate a battle plan and choose his generals. 5. If he had been "reelected" things would not have changed and the parties who pursued him both legally and politically would've never been exposed for what /who they are.

Please chime in for things that I missing but that is my abstract vision of why it may have turned out for the best for this country for him to sit on his hands for four years.

Wait until you run into people who don’t know the difference between “bring” and “take.”

Great - from old Judge Wapner: “Did you bring your TV to the repair shop?”

I wanted the person to say “No, I took it to the repair shop” but the defendant was clueless...and said, “Yes.”

I always thought the good judge should have known better but alas, he didn’t....

Years ago on a job, a young man who was an intern at our company, stopped at my desk and picked up my outgoing mail and asked, “Do you want me to bring this down to the mail box?”

I gave him my lecture on BRING and TAKE....He then said, “I’m going down to the mailbox and your mail is coming with me.”

I submitted that to Readers Digest soon after and planned on what I would buy with the $$ they paid me - NEVER HAPPENED!

“”Sometimes my shoelaces become loose. I’m grateful President Trump didn’t lose the 2024 election.””

Great - That sounds like my 3rd grade teacher but I believe she departed the scene long ago! Some things, if you were lucky enough to go to school when an education meant you got an education, live with you for the rest of your days!! I had great teachers and their lessons stayed with me.

An old school friend and I discussed on a phone call the other day, our 1st through 12th grade teachers from the early 1940’s - who we liked and who we didn’t and why....You can tell we live exciting lives - both widows and lots of time spent reminiscing.

You can get an idea of how OLD we are because we don’t TEXT or email - we actually TALK on phones!!!!

“”He’s got two well qualified sons.””

Probably three given a few more years...Sons like that say a lot about the man IMO. Read Don Jr.’s book - “Triggered”...he wasn’t raised with a silver spoon - a great read.

I agree.

The only thing we’re going to regret is the black-robed bidenstooges that his puppeteers placed on the federal courts.

Fortunately, the puppeteers were unable to install more than one Supreme bidenstooge - the execrable Ketanji Brown Jackson [I Don’t Know If I’m A Woman, So I Don’t Know If I Should Roar].

My first thought when I saw JD Vance in action after DJT named him as the VP candidate! Wow, a win will give us a 12 year run to destiny. Then, I will hope to make it to 96 years old. (Grin, from 84 year old)

Please accept my apology for the double post.
It was not caused by my going on three Pinot Noirs.

There was NOTHING good about a stolen election and the ditch the county is now in.

The concept some good came out of all this evil crap is screwed up IMO.

President Trump’s survival from the “first” assassination attempt struck me as a pure Act of God. His avoidance of the second attempt likewise showed Divine Providence.

However, Trump having the 2020 Election stolen (no other word fits) certainly did not look like an act of the Almighty at the time. It appeared that evil had triumphed and we were helpless to stop its march.

God’s plans are often obscure and mysterious. But the 2020 Election loss now looks like a brilliant Heavenly move, meant to educate, enlighten and motivate.

America isn’t big on family dynasties.

Especially after the Clintons and Bushes.
