1) An attack on ENGELS oil depot took fewer (maybe NO) lives.
2) You’d think a “Russian” city named after an originator of Communism would change its name. In that way, the world doesn’t readily associate Putin’s Russia with the “old” USSR.

Maybe he is just trying to stay alive, like these Ukraine recruiters. This came out today, it's the closest thing yet of this nature to make mainstream news to date, as far as I know. I got gifs over 2 years old showing worse. So we know they are censoring them.
