The North Carolina Supreme Court on Tuesday in a 5-1 vote blocked the state from certifying Democrat incumbent justice Allison Riggs as the winner of the race as her GOP opponent, Jefferson Griffin, challenges the election.

As previously reported, North Carolina’s Supreme Court race headed for a recount due to a close final tally as the Democrat pulled ahead two weeks after Election Day.

Democrat incumbent Sarah Riggs closed the race with 2,770,818 votes to GOP challenger Jefferson Griffin’s 2,770,193 votes.

The race went to a recount since the vote difference is fewer than 10,000 votes.

Seems to me those 60,000 votes should be questioned in all the other races from the Governor on down the ballot.

I hope Griffin prevails.

This is the difference between the establishment Republicans of 2020 and the Republicans of today.

Ah, yes, the “late counting” of “ballots” just “recently discovered.” Funny how these overwhelmingly go for the Democrat.

It takes a couple weeks to see how many votes they need. In reality the country again is not divided 50/50. When you have 5+ million votes there’s no way in hell there’s a couple hundred vote difference.

The UOCAVA votes that arrived without the required copy of a photo ID never should have been allowed to begin with.

That would have changed several other state house election results.

Excellent! There’s no doubt the Democrats are trying to steal this election. Despite a metric crap ton of money spent advertising for her, he was still ahead by 10,000 votes and like always they kept counting and counting and counting and counting and viola! Wouldn’t you know it! Weeks later it turns out the Democrat narrowly won.

Bullcrap.

We’ve all seen this little song and dance from corrupt Democrats too many times to count by now.

It’s for a race to be seated as a judge. I’m not sure if it’s the Supreme Court of North Carolina or another court.

North Carolina Supreme Court.

This is important because the Democrats used to hold a 6-1 edge on the court. Then they lost two seats and had a 4-3 edge. That's when the mask really slipped and the Democrats on the state supreme court just went hog wild. They ruled for example that the voter ID law which the voters passed in 2018 was null and void "cuz racism". There was no proof of racism. Nobody ever polled the voters. Nobody could show that requiring ID would impact Black people more than anybody else ie that Black people in particular lacked ID. If anybody lacked an ID they could apply and get a state ID for free. But nope. Doesn't matter. "cuz racism" based on the legal standard of "cuz we think so" was all they needed.

Then the state legislature drew up the electoral map for US House seats as usual. Nope! Once again, the Democrat majority in the state supreme court ruled that the map had to be thrown out and a map they drew favoring Democrats would be substituted in its place. The Democrats stole 3 seats in the last Congress that way. Take a wild guess what the legal justification for this was. Yep! You guess it! "Cuz racism". Again, absolutely zero showing of racism in any way affecting how the legislature drew up the map.

Well now the voters had seen enough of this crap so in 2022 we threw out two more Democrats on the state Supreme Court and now it had a 5-2 Republican majority. They immediately overturned both decisions. So now we have voter ID and the Republicans took back 3 US House seats....which proved to be critical.

So the Democrats are desperate to try to retake control of the state Supreme Court again so they can use it to seek Democrat advantage again in this red state. So they poured the money into this Riggs chick's race and were so desperate to take a seat back that they were willing to engage in blatant election fraud like this. Now you know the back story.

Throw them all out. We only need one more state house seat to regain a veto proof majority on the state legislature. It would be fun to stuff a whole bunch of good bills down Josh Stein's throat the way we stuffed a bunch of them down Roy Cooper's throat the last 2 years.

This is why there was such a push in NC to vote early so this late counting garbage wouldn’t be effective.

Our elections are such a joke.

Over and over again there are multi-million vote totals and a difference of less than 10,000.

What are the odds of such an outcome in any race with such a large N?

Right, almost nothing.

Except if the Rats are cheating, adding to their total until it just overtakes the GOP total.

Such a fraud.
