They -can- be controlled. Vietnam is in the natural range of the saltwater crocodile. But they have zero problems and no attacks at all there.
The Vietnamese eat them. They roast them on a spit over charcoal.
Dethrone them from the top of the food chain and the issue goes away.
It’s retarded to have entire swaths of a nation with such a menace anywhere near the water.
