Naw! I just used Curacao Blue to make the BEST MARGARITAS in the world to wash down the BEST wings in the world which I cooked in my air fryer. I can claim BEST wings because to make those wings you have to SPEND TIME verrrrry slooooowly applying olive oil to each wing section coated in a blend of corn starch, baking powder, salt, and a bit of Cayenne pepper. And you have to apply the oil in a very gentle way so as not to knock off the coatings plus you have to cover each wing entirely. You don't get that level of wing care at restaurants. They don't have the time for it.
40 wings took me about two hours of prep and cook time not including drying the wings the day before and brining them.
I will be cooking up more wings on Friday.
