If I was an NFL owner the first thing I’d do is fire all the cheerleaders and tell them they can work at Hooters. The rest of the league would stop it no doubt. Then I’d accuse the higher ups of doing a DEI on the female officials in pinstripes, wanting to push for a female being the head linesman wearing the white hat. You can be sure she’ll be a blonde and not too heavy-set or black. At present they’re on the fringe of the cameras. The fact that they aren’t prominent would suggest they’ve got a long way to go.

The NFL has had several female officials for a few years now although none as the crew chief that announces the penalties.
The first one though did fit your description. Sarah Thomas was the first female official and she is a fit, trim, fairly attractive blonde (also married to a man lol).
NBA also has female officials.
