I wish they did not make a big deal about Carter’s dying, but you can bet the “powers that be” will make a big public spectacle laying to rest this man who did so much damage to the world by his naive policies. Carter will always be known to me for 1) record high interest rates, 2) the gas crisis 3) giving away the Panama Canal, 4) encouraging the rise of Islamic fundamentalism in Iran by stabbing the Shah in the back, 5) his cringe-worthy “malaise” speech, and 6) the Iran hostage crisis where he let those stone age sand people humiliate the USA for several years while he cowered in the White House.

What hypocrisy. When he was alive for four decades after his presidency, he didn't get to announce the time of day at any Democrat National Conventions. Bill the Lecherer addresses each one, including this year's.

Yes, Carter who I do not believe was deep state was simply the single most incompetent President ever. The day Reagan took office I cried for joy.
