Minus 112 with wind chill, Minot ND 1975.

People and warm blooded animals sweat to help regulate
our body temperatures. That evaporation
cools us off. Even at -40 you can work up a sweat.
That sweat can kill you if you get exposed to wind
-40 can become -65 very quick.
I suppose that is why I live in Hawaii these days.
