Got up at 4:00 AM to start the smoker and stuff a turkey...it’s not quite 5:00 AM and it’s 25 F outside.

Going to be a GREAT day whatever the weather does (OK I’ve got to clear 5” of snow off of the deck when the sun comes up...)

Looking forward to a wonderful ‘25!

55 F here and I am about to light off my smoker and throw on a 16 lb brisket and some pork shoulder.

Since it looks like this thing might really hit, I got out the log splitter yesterday and started working on a bunch of cut wood for our wood burner.
