So marcus, on your way to work this morning, did you see any Ukrainian soldiers who were brushing their teeth? If not, that's OK, because the Democrat staffer says his boss would rather recommit the $400 million in "emergency Ukraine" toothbrush funding to buy mouthwash instead (there's a producer in his district). Plus, he says its 15% alcohol, so the soldiers can drink it when they're off duty!
