“ If the government was psychologically analyzed, what would the diagnosis be?”

Malignant narcissism and psychopathy.

Americans just are too stupid and too lazy for STEM careers.

BS.

Elite private HS, prep schools and academys have always been the high IQ pool for STEM. Many of our brightest go to university and choose hard careers but forgo STEM because guess what? THEY ALL KNOW ABOUT THE ONGOING SOUL CRUSHING H-1B INVASION.

Wow, we have more high IQ young Amricans now than ever. They still go to university they just don’t major in STEM. I never knew how ignorant a lot of Freeprs really are about IT and STEM. You must have led protected lives.

Off the top of my head just immature and spoiled. They have the key to the candy store and are running amok. They have the mint, they can print out all the Monopoly money they want. They can madly go about their business with no regard for how others are affected. They want to tear up the rule book

I mean what can a young adult di w a gross $77 k per year

Houses in my silly little city are $450 k for 1800 sq feet and no room between the neighbors yard

At $55 k after taxes, a $60 to $160 k student loan, a $20 k car eating up another grand to two a month people are in no position to have a marriage, kids and in no mood to hear Elon musk tell them to make room for foreigners who are t lazy. And why don’t you train them as well

Whether I recommend a career as an engineer depends on your interests, skills, and long-term goals. Engineering can be a highly rewarding career, but it also comes with challenges. Here are some factors to consider:

Why Choose Engineering?

1. Problem-Solving: Engineering involves designing solutions to real-world problems, which can be intellectually stimulating and fulfilling.

2. Diverse Fields: There are many branches (civil, mechanical, electrical, software, etc.), so you can choose one that aligns with your interests.

3. Job Stability and Growth: Engineers are generally in demand, especially in fields like technology, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

4. Competitive Salaries: Engineering tends to be well-paid, especially in specialized or high-demand areas.

5. Impact: Engineers often contribute to innovations that improve lives, from medical devices to sustainable energy systems.

Challenges to Consider

1. Intense Education and Training: Becoming an engineer requires strong skills in math, science, and critical thinking.

2. Continuous Learning: The field evolves quickly, so staying updated with new technologies and methods is crucial.

3. High Responsibility: Engineers are often tasked with critical projects where mistakes can have significant consequences.

4. Work-Life Balance: Some engineering roles can involve long hours or high-pressure deadlines.

Is It Right for You?

1. Do you enjoy subjects like math, physics, or problem-solving?

2. Are you curious about how things work and how they can be improved?

3. Are you willing to commit to a rigorous education and continuous learning?

4. Do you value innovation and practical applications of science?

If these resonate with you, engineering could be a great career choice! Let me know if you’d like advice on specific engineering fields or paths.

AI didn’t answer the question, AI made crap up. There’s nothing wrong with the algorithm at all. AI is a toy, not a researcher. One of my co-workers asked AI if there was a .Net API that would do a certain thing he was hoping for. AI said “yes, this it and the parameters”, problem the correct answer was no, no such API existed and when he tried to use it it failed to compile. AI is there to amuse you and make you happy. Sometimes it might actually spit out something useful, but it’s first objective is to give you something that looks like an answer, even if it’s all made up.

In other words, those who don’t produce anything but simply try to help those lost in modern society.

Pretty much by definition, someone with a “passion for mental health” shouldn’t be charged with aiding others’ mental health.
