Margaret “Karen” Hartmann

What a whiner. Trump truly colorblind and wants all Americans to succeed regardless of skin color, unlike the Dems who make race their #1 consideration in everything they do.

Hartmann and the rest of you leftist liberals. You do NOT realize what you are developing and about to cause, servants of Satan. Read this poem by Phillip Burrows Strong:

The boneless tongue, so small and weak, can crush and kill,” declares the Greek. “The tongue destroys a greater hoard,” The Turk asserts, “than does the sword.”

A Persian proverb wisely saith, “A lengthy tongue—an early death”; Or sometimes takes this form instead, “Don't let your tongue cut off your head.”

From Hebrew wit this maxim sprung, “Though feet should slip, ne'er let the tongue.” The sacred writer crowns the whole, “Who keeps his tongue doth keep his soul!"

“The tongue can speak a word whose speed,” The Chinese say, “outstrips the steed”; While Arab sages this impart, “The tongue's great storehouse is the heart.”

Hartmann and the rest of you. You do not believe what I am writing here, but read it and mock anyway. If you folks keep pushing it, you will from some quarter get far more of a reaction than you thought you would get. I would suggest you stop going off and adjust to living with the elected administration LIKE WE DID WITH CLINTON, OBAMA, BIDEN and then having to tolerate all of the congressional traitors.

I used to have a roommate who would celebrate MLK day before it was a holiday. No kidding…he would call in sick, get KFC, and grape soda. Then he would call his girlfriend to come over, smoke weed, and have sex.

Not gonna lie…it looked like a fun day.

We can always get rid of MLK day and just mention him in the whole month dedicated to blacks.

Agree.

Being a pioneer always looks easy in retrospect. But cops in those days weren’t shy about intimidating anyone standing out from the crowd for any cause.

Boise State v Oregon.

The FBS and FCS Championships will be won this year by a team from Idaho, Montana or North Dakota.

Why is this guy so upset that there is an MLK Day? I would rather see George Washington's Birthday and Abraham Lincoln's Birthday celebrated, but I don't complain out loud about it.

Of is he complaining that it's a Monday thing instead of an actual date?

Well I think it’s great. I was going to take the day off from work, before I realized I already had it off! And getting a bottle of champagne too!

There’s an easy way to fix that: get rid of MLK day, and give Lincoln and Washington back their own birthdays. Either that, or the people who think that MLK day is so very important can learn to suck it up every once in a while when they don’t get their way, just like everybody else. I am sick and effing tired of hearing people whine about utter nonsense that doesn’t really affect anybody at all. We need to stop cuddling these people, maybe then they will shut the F up.

Correction: coddling or, more accurately, mollycoddling.

If Reagan signed that Bill, then shame on him. I was born in 1947, and it’s always ticked me off that they changed the original observance of national holidays to give three-day weekends.

"Fredrick Douglas deserves the day."

I agree with you that Frederick Douglass should have been honored with a national holiday. The man was self-taught, bought his own freedom, was an active abolitionist, newspaper publisher, helped recruit black soldiers during the Civil War, in which two of his sons served, was a Republican, first black appointed to the post of United States Marshal for the District of Columbia, and was appointed to other official offices as well. The only reason he was never honored was because he was a black Republican, and because his second wife was white, something his children never got over. If it wasn't for his second wife, his D.C. home Cedar Hill, never would have become the wonderful museum it is. She kept it as it was the day he died.
