If he has Lewy Body Dementia then that is the worst punishment he can have... Yeah, prison isn't anything compared to that. I was under the impression that definitive diagnosis of Lewy Body had to wait for autopsy. Might be wrong about that, or maybe it's changed.

Look it up. It is a very fast progressing form of Dementia that usually kills within months instead of years. You downhill really fast.
