As I recall, Moderna had a COVID-19 “vaccine” candidate the November BEFORE it hit the US.

They have an ability to prototype virus “vaccines” that seems unusual.

The virus was already widely circulating before it hit the US - it was not an unknown. So how exactly would it be unusual?
