Indeed a bit gamey. I breast them out and put it in the crockpot with a can of Cream Of Mushroom soup and a bag of mixed frozen veggies and put that on smashed taters.

Not horrible.

Canadian goose recipes are the same as carp. Throw the meat out and eat the board.
We have about 40 that hang out in our pond pooping all over.
