Election interference
Perhaps a lawsuit will incentivize the fake news to tell the truth, since ethical standards clearly will not.
President Trump is playing the "civilly liable" game that the left used on him.
Alvin Bragg in New York concocted an "election interference" felony "in furtherance of another crime" over a non-disclosure agreement that happened years earlier and was booked by accountants in the Trump organization as routine business expenses.
Trump is now taking that same paradigm and going after the Democrats with it.
Fake poll the weekend before the election? Who's money funded that poll? How was it booked? Was anyone defrauded by fiduciary malpractice to further election interference?
ABC News repeatedly calling candidate Trump a rapist? Was this an attempt at "election interference" by George Stephanopoulos to misuse the resources and reputation of ABC News to further the campaign of Kamal Harris? Could ABC News fire Stephanopoulos or file criminal charges against him for financial loss due to damage to the ABC News brand by his actions?
I'd like to see more of these lawsuits brought against people who used their positions to try to influence the election illegally, by the Bragg Standard.
