My guess, until further identification shows them to be Red Chinese, is that it’s what used to be known as a UFO flap, described in contemporary language (drones).
They certainly have the classic UFO characteristic of outlandish or impossible maneuvers.

Lots of lead flying, where it goes no one knows. When you see this in the raw, you have to figure it is reckless and that lead is likely going to hit something or someone. The problem is there are many actors with cross purposes in the mix. One bad actor in all of this is the deep state government whose objective is to just create as much confusion and anger with none answers as possible. There are also friendly aliens in the mix trying to make a peaceful appearance on planet earth but the deep state control freaks are doing nothing but seed confusion with their their deep state drone assets in the melee because it’s the only play they have.
the people will have to resolve the drone problem directly since the Biden regime today “admitted” that it “lacks authority to” do it.
