You just have to love spokesman Kirby. He’s sure what THEY ARE NOT but doesn’t have a clue what THEY ARE!

Kirby is a press spokesman for a stupid WH. And he's an awful liar.

Not to make excuses for Kirby, but what can he possibly say that will defuse this situation?

He doesn't know what the drones are yet he is worried that people are on the verge of panic.

So he says, "Don't worry. Despite the fact that we know nothing about these drones, we have no evidence that their intentions are malevolent."

I doubt he is a complete fool, but he is a spokesman for a very foolish administration...and that requires him to act the fool.

If he had any integrity, he would resign.
