On December 13, the Russian army launched another retaliatory strike against Ukraine, including energy facilities. Emergency restrictions have been tightened in the country — half of the country has fallen under them.
"The volume of restrictions has been increased today," Ukrenergo reports. The operator explained that the Russian army struck at the power facilities of Ukraine. Previously, it was planned that one-time outages would extend to two queues of consumers out of six, but now three queues have already fallen under them, the TOK telegram channel reports.
Ternopil regional military administration reported that half of the region was left without electricity. DTEK has published new shutdown schedules: the strongest may be in the Kiev region, where in some hours there will be four queues of consumers out of six at once without electricity.
