Trump officials would do well to avoid DC restaurants unless they are clearly MAGA. They would avoid public incidents and stealth adulteration of food. And why should Republicans finance their enemies?
This. Washington DC is a parasite sucking the blood out of more productive parts of the nation. All these food workers do is feed the parasite class. They all need to be unemployed.

And there is no reason to have private businesses and residences in the federal district of Washington. Retain ownership of federal buildings and grounds, return everything else to Virginia and Maryland. “Washington, D.C.” is a failed experiment.
Yah, F@#$ them. Also, memo to every dept in Fed gov’mt — if they submit a receipt/bill for lunch or takeout at any restaurant saying they will target ANY fed employee that bill will not be re-imbursed.
Every company has a list of suppliers to which they will not do business. Gov’mt offices should have same.
