This story also illustrates why Trump had so much trouble in his first term.

Trump has a CEO mentality. A CEO can take charge like Musk did. Like Trump used to do as CEO.

But a President is not a CEO. There are checks and balances, and separation of powers. A President often requires Congressional support. And Courts can block a President.

Hopefully, Trump has learned to think like a President rather than a CEO for his second term.

It's time for the President and Congress to say that lower courts can not stop an EO or law, only the Supreme Court can. The idea that a district judge can impede the other two branches government is ludicrous. If the President tells the judge that his administration is moving forward, despite the judge's ruling, and Congress sides with the President what can the courts do?
