I prefer batteries, once the hearing aids tell me “battery low I simply pop in a new pair of batteries. It’s quicker than charging.

Batteries are expensive and a pain, unless you go camping in a wilderness area or live in an area where power failures are frequent. Then they aren’t expensive so much. ;-)

What kind of phone do you have? I have Costco hearing aids...Phillips....newest ones and they are rechargeable. What they have at Costco is top line. Great warranties and free filters and ear inserts. If you have an apple phone, life will be easier with Bluetooth. With android, the phones don’t have the same useability features.
