Tactfully stated. I recently read somewhere that most content these days must use actors from the NBN Casting Agency. I presume that there is a law somewhere stating that requirement. Absent some law I cannot fathom an ad agency explicitly directing their message to 13% of the USA population and ignoring the 87%. Seems inefficient ...
