He has back problems and apparently can’t perform due to pain.
He had a back surgery early November and disappeared afterwards.

Juries generally don’t like defendants who explain that they did the murder to make new public policy.
It suggests that the jury is being encouraged to declare open hunting season on health insurance executives.
That is kinda a big ask.

An articulate nutcase. Like Ted Bundy. Swell.
As for the insurance industry. If one of its executives being shot in the back leads to more attacks on the industry...then the world has truly turned into a sick, sick place.

Maybe, but might have founded a major insurance reform movement. No one is going to be “not mad” at the insurance companies because some assassin is off his rocker.

And the attorney has not seen any evidence of a crime being committed yet, and believes for bail, if not a life or capital charge in PA.

I thought that immediately, too. No girlfriend or wife, on top of that, but he also looks very effeminate in some pictures.

Examples of sickness right here if you read the comment threads.

That would be fine if that happens—if he wants to be a martyr he needs to stand up like a man and proudly accept his punishment.
I think what you are going to get is a whiny brat who wants to have their cake and eat it too.

Actually, the attorney has told his client to remain silent.

But maybe not the only kook. We don’t yet know if he’s a lone wolf.

To: Varsity Flight
    I saw that.
Keeping this client silent may be easier said than done.
The guy probably wants to give a public policy lecture to anyone who will listen.
He thinks is Michael Moore or something.
Lol.

He seems kinda unstable to form and maintain a functioning conspiracy at this point—imho.
He just seems to want to lecture everybody—like he is going to convert podunk LEOs into single payor groupies.
