With a Clintonian read those two words are stunningly vague.
Who gets to verify what evidence?
What criteria do they use to verify it?
What would constitute verifiable evidence of such a thing?

These UAPs exhibit nothing out of the ordinary - they even have blinking navigation lights.
Some guy or group with an 18 wheeler running those things - he flies them out, does what ever, then back in and so they disappear, drives truck away to next target area.
